Used in conjunction with high-dose busulfin and cyclophosphamide as a preparative regimens for allogeneic hematopoietic progenitor (Stem) cell transplantation (HSCT) for paediatric patients with class 3 beta –thalassemia
• Treatment of adenocarcinoma of the breast or ovary.
• Treatment of superficial papillary carcinoma of the urinary bladder.
